BOOKING POLICY
50% Non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. No date is held without a deposit.
Payment in Full is required for any bookings within 14 days of the event date.
RUSH FEE
Bookings with 14 days or less notice are subject to a 20% rush fee on the total order.
CUSTOM QUOTES
All prices are starting rates. The final quote depends on colors, size, complexity & location.
FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event date. Late fees will be billed, & no setups will begin until payment is made in full. If no payment is made by 6 PM the day before, Glamoiré Events reserves the right to cancel. No exceptions.
OUTDOOR EVENTS
If you are booking an outdoor event, please note there is an additional fee as outdoor events require more stability.
Outdoor events are weather-dependent; a backup indoor or covered area is required.
Outdoor events are subject to weather - Glamoiré Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule if weather is deemed unsuitable.
